With three fires in two nights, Montgomery County officials believe they are looking for a serial arsonist.

This trailer caught fire around 4:30 yesterday morning.
The owners had recently moved out.

A Richmond federal judge has refused to dismiss a lawsuit brought by state Democrats.
The lawmakers are suing the Republican Party of Virginia over two eavesdropped phone calls.
The state G-O-P had argued that its former executive director, Ed Matricardi, was NOT carrying out party policy when he intercepted the calls.
The judge ruled otherwise.
He did, however, limit Democrats to seeking only ten thousand dollars in damages.

The group is threatening to sue over a new state law regulating youth nudist camps.

It was one of a dozen U-S subs in Tokyo harbor- -about a mile from the U-S-S Missouri where the surrender took place.
