A public announcement is expected to come tomorrow. Army officials say members of Congress were being notified of the decision today.

Jurors hearing the case of a Roanoke man accused of murder were visably shaken by graphic testimony today.
27 year old Carl Richardson- or Kalif Freed Adbul Mateen as he is also known, is charged with the murder of Neesha Edwards and the wounding of another man in December 2003. The medical examiner was among witnesses called to testify today. He told the courtroom Neesha Edwards died from three gunshot wounds to the head. Jurors seemed disturbed by graphic autopsy photos. One began to cry. Police believe Richardson is responsible for the December shooting, saying he was a jealous boyfriend who was upset Edwards had moved on with her life.

Instead they sent it back to a lower court for a trial.
That'll allow discussion of what new technology, if any, might allow adults to see material that's legal for them, while keeping the material away from kids.
The law would have allowed fines up to 50-thousand dollars for placing pornography within easy reach of children online.
