Soap and paper towel dispensers usually don't work and guys have always had to use a trough like urinal.
Many have wondered why the city has done so little for so long.

Workers recently installed urinals in the men's room on the west side.
They are also new dispensers and toliet seats in most of the bathrooms.
Crews also painted all the outside walls and concession stands.
The city concedes this is only a band aid and agrees the stadium needs major renovations.

The future of Victory Stadium will be up to city council
Brian Wishneff who led the fight to save the stadium and was recently elected to council says he plans to bring the issue up possibly at Tuesday's meeting.

Jean, he hopes the city will hire a consultant to determine how much it will cost to renovate Victory Stadium.

Lynchburg's loss is Amherst County's gain.
County officials say Old Dominion Footwear plans to consolidate its corporate headquarters and distribution operations in the Amelon Square Industrial Park.
The county says Old Dominion's outgrown its facilities in the Hill City and will relocate to Amherst County by next May.

According to the lawsuit filed last month in federal court, the front half had been wrecked in Maryland. The back half has twice as many miles on it, came from Texas and is a 2000 model, a year older than the front. Just a matter of months before Adkins bought her Hyundai, Rob and Katrice Stewart won a six-figure jury award against Auto Villa. They bought a Honda Civic without knowing the odometer had been rolled back 40-thousand miles, that it had been wrecked three times and salvaged the third time.

But it may not be around for long. State lawmakers may head back to Richmond to get rid of it.

The new law went into effect today.
The Attorney General says the only way to fix the law is to call legislators into special session.
