((It's being called the most critical ruling in the Kobe Bryant rape case to date. The Judge ruled that the woman's sexual activity is important in determining the source of her injuries.

IF SOMEONE ELSE CAUSED THOSE INJURIES OR EVEN IF THERE'S A REASONABLE DOUBT AS TO WHETHER SOMEONE ELSE CAUSED THOSE INJURIES, THIS COULD BE DOOM FOR THE PROSECUTION'S CASE. Some indication of the defense strategy was revealed (Super: Sketches by Pat Lopez) in the October grilling of lead detective Doug Winters who admitted that both hair and bodily fluid were left on Bryant's accuser by someone other than Bryant.

Friday's ruling will make it much tougher for prosecutors to convict Bryant of sexual assault. Casual Fridays may do more than just make people comfortable-

Dressing down at the office seems to help people stay in shape by making it easier to fit more physical activity in during the work day.
The American Council on Exercise found that when people dress casually they take more steps a day.
That could add up to a couple of pounds of year. That's about how much the typical American gains each year without
doing anything= so you could offset that by dressing down on Fridays.

The theory is the more comforable your shoes and clothing are, the more likely you are to walk and move around- and maybe even visit the gym.
Doctors say don't always email people, get up and actualy talk to your co-workers.

IBM introduced the smart cart in Raleigh, North Carolina- it's for people who forget to take the grocery list to the store.
Instead, you make your list on the store's web site.
When you get there, it's stored in a small computer attached to the shopping cart.
You can also check out WHILE you shop.
