One person was sent to the hospital after a domestic dispute turned violent last night in Henry County. When deputies arrived at a home on Abby Lane they found 37-year-old James Joyce with a knife wound to the chest. Joyce was taken to Memorial Hospital for treatment. 44 year-old Florence Thomas was arrested and charged with malicious wounding in connection with the stabbing. She's held without bond at the Henry County Jail.

Visitors will be welcomed with numerous security checkpoints, officers in camouflage and fighter planes flying overhead. Senator John Kerry from Massachusetts will accept the Democratic nomination for president at the convention.

Williams told Dolphins' coach Dave Wannstedt (wan-stead) tried to persuade him to reconsider when he told him of his decision Friday.
Miami opens training camp this week.
The Dolphins acquired Williams from New Orleans for two first-round draft picks in 2002 - he led the N-F-L in rushing that year.

Fitzsimmons 20 year coaching career began in 1970 - during which he led five teams - Phoenix, Atlanta, Buffalo, Kansas City and San Antonio.
He was ranked 10th in career victories and named NBA "Coach of the Year" twice.
More recently, Fitzsimmons was executive vice president of the Suns. He acted as a color commentator on Suns games and was well-respected in N-B-A circles.

Cox says some women make the mistake of over eating. She says most only need three hundred extra calories a day.

More than a thousand people from around the world kicked up their heels for a toe-tapping good time this weekend.

It's part of Madison, Winsconsin's first annual Irish Dancing Contest. Dancers, judges and musicians from across the globe were on hand, as children of all ages dazzled the crowd yesterday.
The kids say they love performing and the thrill of competition. Parents from the Trinity Dance Academy organized the event. They said their first time out was so successful, they can't wait to do it all again next year.
