"I think you`re going to see higher pricing both on the gasoline level, the heating oil level for sure because this takes 30, 60 days to get through the

RUSSIA, THE WORLD'S SECOND BIGGEST PRODUCER, HIT A FEVER PITCH.
THE LARGEST RUSSIAN OIL COMPANY, YUKOS, IS IN THE MIDST OF A BITTER LEGAL

DISRUPTED BY TERROR ATTACKS ON MIDEAST OIL FACILITIES.
"There are a few drivers right now, certainly we always have in the backdrop geopolitical concerns and although the yukos event didn't really affect the
physical supply of oil, it definitely tempted the speculative money to bid up the market."
BUT DONT' THROW AWAY THE KEYS OF YOUR S-U-V YET. WORLD OIL SUPPLIES ARE
BUILDNG BECAUSE SAUDI ARABIA, THE WORLD'S BIGGEST PRODUCER IS PUMPING AT FULL CAPACITY. WHEN THE SUMMER DRIVING SEASON IS OVER AND IF THERE ARE NO MAJOR TERRORIST ATTACKS, OIL PRICES COULD DIP SHARPLY.
"By September if we get through a quiet period in terms of any kind of terrorist attacks prices could be trading back down to 32 dollars a barrel and
be poised to head quite lower from there. And you will see gas prices down toward to more historic norms of one dollar fifty and one dollar forty."
THERE ARE SOME BIG IFS IN THAT FORECAST OF COURSE AND SOME RISKS ON THE UPSIDE
- IF RUSSIA'S PROBLEMS DON'T SUBSIDE IF BIG OIL CONSUMING COUNTRIES GROW EVEN FASTER, IF TERRORISTS DISRPUT PRODUCTION SOMEWHERE OIL PRICES COULD STAY AT PAINFULLY HIGH LEVELS. AND A COLD WINTER IN THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE WOULD KEEP
