The case of a Danville man charged with killing his girlfriend will now be forwarded to a grand jury.

Stanley Tate is charged with murdering Charmane Davis, who was found dead inside his Franklin County home in May.

Investigators believe Davis caught him with another woman. Today, during a preliminary hearing, the "other woman," LaChrisa (Luh-Chris-suh) Robertson, testified that Tate shot Davis because he thought she was an intruder. Tate is currently being held in Danville, where he is awaiting sentencing on drug charges.

Police in Salt Lake City are learning about the activities of Mark Hacking in the hours surrounding his wife's disappearance.

Surveillance video from a convenience store was released today. The video shows Hacking entered a convenience store in Salt Lake City early on the morning of Lori Hacking's disappearance. Mark Hacking reported his wife missing July 19th. He is now in jail under a suicide watch. Searchers will return to a Salt Lake City landfill today (8/3) to look for Lori Hacking's body.

Local doctors are now using the MRI as another tool to diagnose and treat women with breast cancer.
This comes as new study is released in the New England Journal of Medicine on the benefits of this screening device.

((The third annual Camp Dazzle got started this Sunday with the boys's camp. Kids, ages 7-15, are getting plenty of practice and direction with the camp having some unique hours. It runs all day, starting at 8:30 in the morning and going until 8:00 at night. But it's not just for boys. Only 14 girls signed up in 2002, but in just two years, Head Coach Kent Davison has seen a significant jump in attendence.

Camp Dazzle is also excited to have Taco Bell sponsor 20 kids for the two weeks of camp through the Boys' and Girls' club. Taco Bell has been a sponsor of the Dazzle before, but wanted to try something new this year by paying the $140 registration fee for some of the participants.
