Weather problems delayed his flight into Roanoke.

Prosecutors say he never actually had materials to make a truck bomb.

Authorities say Nettles had planned to sell the chemical to terrorists who would blow up the federal building.

Recent reports are saying that six square miles of protected mountain land in the Virunga National park have been cleared.
The land was under protection to ensure the survival of the gorillas in that area.
Currently their population stands at 700 in the world, and this intrusion into their land will not help that number to grow.
The destruction of the habitat could also hurt the two million dollar tourist trade that the gorillas provide to that war-torn area of Rwanda.
