The possibility of heavy rain is not good news for a Pulaski County Dam.
Hogan Dam is on a state watch list.
The nearly 90 year old structure is in danger of failing if it gets a significant amount of rain in less than 24 hours.
In recent months, Pulaski officials lowered the water level by about 8 feet as a precaution.
Plans are already moving forward to upgrade the aging structure.
