Officials say a wildfire has burned through a mountain community near Redding, California, forcing the evacuation of nearly 125 residents.

The latest blaze broke out yesterday afternoon and quickly grew to more than 25-hundred acres, sweeping through the town of French Gulch. Firefighters were pulled from the so-called Bear Fire to fight the new blaze. The Bear fire began Wednesday when a lawnmower sparked the blaze. That fire has blackened nearly 10-thousand acres and destroyed 80 homes, 30 outbuildings and 10 vehicles. Firefighters expect full containment by Monday evening.

Family, friends- even strangers -gathered in Utah this weekend to honor and remember Lori Hacking.

The 27-year-old woman has been missing since July 19. Her husband, Mark, has been charged with her murder. About 600 people attended the service, including Lori and Mark's parents. Mark Hacking reported his wife missing on July 19. He said she had gone jogging and never showed up for work. Hacking's held on one-million dollars bond in a Salt Lake jail.

An unidentified man is questioned after boarding and then quickly departing a plane in Washington, D.C.

The United Airlines concourse at Reagan National Airport was evacuated after the man, who was thought to be of Middle Eastern descent, departed the plane soon after boarding. It is unclear why he exited the plane, but officials do know he bought his ticket with cash. Each of the passengers on the Chicago-bound flight were told to deplane after United officials decided to cancel the original flight plans. The plane eventually took off two hours later after each passenger was re-screened.
