Daniel R. Lineberry is accused of substituting medications, then labeling the bottles as they were prescribed. According to the search warrant, one of Lineberry's customers became suspicious after refilling a prescription for her husband who suffers from Alzheimers. She told police that the pills looked different than before, and her husband's behavior turned violent. Analysis of the pills showed they were not what had been prescribed. Some of Lineberry's other customers were surprised at the news.

Police say the man told them he was driving up the mountain when he lost control and ran into a ditch. His truck then flipped on its side. He was taken to a local hospital as a precaution.
