A Craig County pharmacist has been suspended by the state over allegations he repeatedly gave a customer the wrong medications.

Daniel R. Lineberry is accused of substituting medications, then labeling the bottles as they were prescribed. According to the search warrant, one of Lineberry's customers became suspicious after refilling a prescription for her husband who suffers from Alzheimers. She told police that the pills looked different than before, and her husband's behavior turned violent. Analysis of the pills showed they were not what had been prescribed. Some of Lineberry's other customers were surprised at the news.

It happened around 10 o'clock near the Appalachian Trail crossing and blocked traffic for nearly an hour. Police say the man told them he was driving up the mountain when he lost control and ran into a ditch. His truck then flipped on its side. He was taken to a local hospital as a precaution. Police say charges are pending an investigation.

Each portion is estimated to weigh 14-hundred pounds.
Although Thomas Jefferson's original design included stairs, they were not installed until 120 years after the Capitol opened.

The grueling sessions in the heat are nothing compared to the 18 month tour of duty that Booth served with his National Guard Unit in Fort Meade, Maryland. The senior from Ashland policed the gate at the National Security Agency, searching vehicles and personnel trying to gain access to the grounds.

Booth petitioned the NCAA for another year of eligibility, and his request was granted based on his military service. Since he's been back on post, Booth has tried to educate his Keydet teammates on the ins and outs of homeland security.
