Joseph Daniel Luck and James Richard Looney, both 18 year olds from Montvale, and a 17-year-old boy from Bedford all face charges. Residents in the Blue Ridge area woke Saturday morning to find a church and more than 50-homes, mail boxes and street signs spray painted. Sheriff Ronnie Sprinkle says the three face charges under Virginia's hate crime laws since the lettering "KKK" was sprayed on both the home and vehicle of an African-American family. A second juvenile is also under investigation.
