Floyd County's Chateau Morrisette needs a new water system.
The winery's insurance company threatened to cancel the insurance or quadruple the rates if a new system wasn't constructed.
Congressman Rick Boucher announced this afternoon a federal loan of more than 175-thousand dollars will help.
The 26 year old vineyard attracts more than 150-thousand visitors each year and employs more than 85 people in Floyd and Patrick counties.
The new water system will be up and running next week.
