The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office made the first arrest.

He's charged with two counts of forcible sodomy and one count of sexual battery.
Collins is being held at the New River Valley regional Jail without bond.

Robert Less Morris is accused of sexually assaulting a 10 year old girl.
He was arrested this weekend and charged with seven counts of forcible fondling.
Police Chief Gary Harmon says the investigation is still ongoing so he isn't able to reveal the relationship between Morris and the alleged victim.

Russia's Federal Security Service says it doesn't believe two plane crashes last night were caused by terrorism. But they admit explosive experts are still working on the investigation. All 89 people on board were killed.

((Explosives experts have been called in and officials are now questioning
airport and airline employees .

The odds of two jets crashing at the same time are extremely small,
leading many here in Russia to believe these crashes were caused by
terrorists. But so far, Russia's intelligence agency says it hasn't
found any evidence of terrorism at the crash sites.
They are also looking at other possibilities - technical failures, the
use of poor quality fuel, and pilot error. Weather conditions are also
being considered.
Yet Russian aviation experts say that given the good condition of the
planes and the simultaneous timing of the crashes, it's hard to find any
cause other than terrorism.

One of the planes that went down was a small Russian jet flying from
Moscow to Vologograd, which crashed in a field about 100 miles south of
Moscow.
A second, larger Russian jet, was traveling from Moscow to the southern
resort city of Sochi. Officials say that plane issued some kind of
distress signal and may have warned of a hijacking on board.

Airline security had already been high because officials feared Chechen
rebels might attack before the republic chooses a new governor on
Sunday--though the chechens have denied responsibility.
At this early stage of the investigation, much of the information about
what could have happened to the two planes is contraditory or unclear.

Family members say Elisabeth Kubler-Ross died yesterday of natural causes at her home in Scottsdale, Arizona.
She was 78.
