Fire at a University of Mississippi Fraternity... and a teenager from Martinsville is one student who is missing and presumed dead.
Good Evening. I'm Jean Jadhon.
The Associated Press reports three people are dead from the fire.
It's believed Martinsville native Howard Hillhouse Stone was one of the three victims-
Stone graduated from Martinsville High school in 2003 where he played soccer, basketball and ran cross country.
A school spokesman says about two dozen students and a house mother were actually inside the frat house when the fire broke out before dawn this morning.
50 firefighters worked for nearly two hours before they were able to bring the blaze under control... and hours later smoke was still billowing from part of the brick and wood frame building.
The Alpha Tau (T-owww) Omega spokesman says everyone is in shock.
Stone is the son of Circuit Court Judge Charles Stone.
The other two victims are from Mississippi and Atlanta.
A new possible terror warning- that hints that Veterans Affairs Hospitals may be a prime terror target.
As Stacy Case reports, the new information comes on the same day President Bush announces plans to overhaul the intelligence system.

Officials with the V-A Hospital in Salem say they're staying alert, but don't believe there's any immediate threat to their facility.
In a statement released today, Veterans Affairs officials say the F-B-I bulletin serves as a warning and does NOT identify a credible threat.
Still the hospital IS working with the Department of Homeland Security and local law enforcement to make sure patients stay safe.
Meanwhile, Salem Police are also keeping an eye on the facility.
Since 9-11, police say they've been keeping close watch over ALL government facilities in their jurisdiction.
Russian officials are now confirming that it WAS terrorism that downed two jet liners and killed 89 passengers.
Evidence found is pointing towards a possible female suicide bomber as the culprit.
Investigators found traces of an explosive called hexogen at the site of one of the crashes.
Officials say the white powder would not have been detected unless the passenger carrying the chemical was frisked-- something that is rarely done to female passengers.
Russia has one of the most modern security screening systems and officials fear if it has happened once it could happen again.

State authorities are investigating illegal poker games at a local Moose Lodge.
Last night, Virginia A-B-C agents searched Moose Lodge number 2573 near Hanging Rock.
The state alleges the groups held "Texas Hold 'em" tournaments monthly, kept part of the 60 dollar entry fee, and also ran side games in a back room.
Court documents state that the games were used to attract new members.
Nobody has been charged pending a review by the Commonwealth's Attorney, but authorities say the organizers of the games could face class six felonies.
Still to come the newscast, a local woman's medical condition has put her in the Book of World Records.

Toluene is an extremely flammabe chemical, so emergency crews blocked 77 in both directions. The resulting detour was longer than 20 miles, mostly on two-lane highways.
At last check, state officials had not indicated whether the interstate is open yet.
