Howard Stone was just 19 years old... his death hard for family and friends to understand, but today they paid tribute to "a well-lived life."
Stone was one of three students who died early Friday when their fraternity house at the University of Mississippi caught fire.
This afternoon, mourners filled a Martinsville Church for a memorial service. Joe Dashiell was there.

Officials say a small section of the roof smoldered overnight and sparked up again around 9 o'clock this morning. This morning's fire only caused minor damage. Dan River officials say last night's fire at the finishing plant will NOT affect production schedules. The company's Human Resources Director tells us there is no significant structural damage at the Schoolfield facility and no evident damage to plant equipment.
