Another act of terrorism in Russia.. this time an explosion outside a busy Moscow subway Station.

At least ten people are dead and at least 20 more are hurt.
The blast happened near a department store where many were shopping for the first day of school tomorrow.
Officials suspect it was a suicide bombing- possibly from Chechnya.
Police say the bomber may have wanted to get on the subway but turned away when she saw policemen checking bags.
The blast comes exactly one week after two Russian jets were brought down by explosions-

More than 125-residents submitted a petition to Craig County Circuit Court to audit the school system from the '95 - '96 school year to the present. In court documents the group stated it wanted the audit to determine whether there had been any inappropriate spending or any wrong doing. The group also wants any recommendations for improving accounting practices. One local resident and business owner says the board should gladly open its books.

A 22 year old escape artist hopes his latest stunt will cement his reputation.

David Merlini began his bravest stunt yet.
He had himself lowered into a steel reinforced glass aquarium which was then filled to his neck with four metric tons of cement.
The Hungarian escape artist says the concrete is making it difficult to breathe.
Later, Merlini will be lifted by a crane and lowered into the Danube River where he will attempt to make his escape.
