James Edward Reid is scheduled to be executed tonight for murdering an 87 year old Christiansburg woman.

Cracker Barrel has settled all lawsuits either brought or supported by the N-double-A C-P ... that accused the restaurant of discriminating against blacks in 16 states.

The suits contended the restaurants had segregated blacks in the smoking section and denied them service.
The monetary amount wasn't announced, but some estimate it was just under three and half million dollars.
