The flag was lowered as several hundred cadets and the Tech community looked on.

Two men from the African nation of Mauritania were apprehended at a Kroger store last night with a large cache of baby formula.
Upon leaving the store they asked an off-duty police officer for directions to the next nearest Kroger store. That raised suspicions, so the officer called the department's homeland security officer. Federal agents arrived within minutes.
They arrested S. O. Mohamed-Mahmoud, an undocumented alien from Mauritania. The other Kroger shopper had proper papers and was allowed to leave.
F-B-I Agent Kevin Foust explains that American baby formula is such a superior product. It sells for substantially higher price on the black market in Mauritania and elsewhere.
