A dance company for Lynchburg's inner city children will soon OWN the building it's called home for the last four years ... meanwhile, Walgreens is still hoping it can do business in the Hill City.

The FDA today overwhelmingly agreed to put warning labels on anti- depressants- linking their use and suicidal behavior in a small percentage of children.

Luvox, Effexor and Paxil were the riskiest drugs.
Celexa, Zoloft and Prozac slightly less so.

50-thousand baby carriers are being recalled tonight. The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling the *Baby Bjorn Carrier Active*. The buckle on the carrier can detach from the shoulder straps- causing the baby to fall. The straps have failed 93 times but so far no reports of injuries.

It may look like a toy, but the Botetourt County Sheriff's Office says its a lifesaving tool which is sure to come in handy during water rescues.

It's called the "Res-Q Disc" and is designed to save drowning victims. The disc is like a Frisbee.

A deputy throws the disc slightly upstream from the victim who can grab at the rope or the disc itself. Sheriff officials say the "Res-Q Disc" will keep deputies from having to go into the water. The department bought 70 of them, a total cost of about 14-hundred dollars.

Cleveland Coach Butch Davis said team doctors have cleared former Virginia Tech standout Lee Suggs to resume workouts tomorrow as the Browns get ready for Dallas. A neck injury prevented him from playing in the season opener against Baltimore. Davis challenged a recent E-S-P-N report yesterday that said the Browns are being extra cautious with Suggs because he has stenosis, a narrowing of the spine that causes pressure on the cord and nerves. Davis say Suggs recently visited a specialist in New York for a further diagnosis, and that he doesn't have stenosis. Davis says Suggs has gotten back strength in his shoulder but still needs to improve for doctors to declare him game ready.
