A second person is in jail tonight, charged with a robbery and fatal shooting in Radford. 25 year old Brian Keith Gray was murdered in his apartment last May.

Police say Hodge and 18 year old Aamir Darren Lewis Brown broke into an apartment in Radford to steal drugs. In the process, Forrest Hart was shot in the back and 25 year old Brian Keith Gray was shot and killed. Police believe Brown pulled the trigger. He's been charged with capital murder and the commonwealth is seeking the death penalty. Hodge was indicted in the crime, yesterday afternoon.

Imoh reluctantly reached the same deal as quarterback Marcus Vick and wide receiver Brenden Hill. On Monday, a judge ruled Imoh's attorney could not present evidence showing the teenage girls lied to Imoh about their age.

Roanoke authorities plan to reinstate the assault and battery charge that was filed against landlord Bill White and then dropped earlier this week.

Erica Hardwick Hoesch (HOE-sh) is the former neo-nazi who passed out fliers that claimed White is a racist.
She was convicted of trespassing on one of his properties.

An accident involving a car and a tractor trailer in Appomattox County this morning claimed the life of an elderly woman.

State police say 82-year-old Mary J. Brown of Prospect was trying to cross the westbound lanes of Route 460 when her car was broadsided by a truck.
Brown was airlifted from the scene and later died at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Authorities say the truck driver could not stop in time and "no" charges will be filed.

Several more games have been moved to avoid the storm, including the Craig County-Eastern Montgomery game which will now take place tomorrow night at 7pm at Craig. Gretna and Tunstall will now play Thursday night at Gretna, while Appomattox and Brookville will kickoff tomorrow night at Brookville. The EC Glass and Jefferson Forest matchup moves to Thursday night as well. That game will take place at 7pm at City Stadium. Parry McCluer and Buffalo Gap will meet tomorrow night in Buena Vista. And finally, Narrows and Giles have postponed their game until next Friday night because both schools have an open date.
