21- year old Roy Omar Hodge turned himself in yesterday.
He's been indicted on ten charges including first degree murder.
Police say Hodge and 18 year old Aamir Darren Lewis Brown broke into an apartment in Radford to steal drugs.
In the process, Forrest Hart was shot in the back and 25 year old Brian Keith Gray was shot and killed.
Police believe Brown pulled the trigger and Hodge was an accessory to murder.
Both are being held without bond at the NRV jail.
