Good Afternoon, I'm Kimberly McBroom.
President Bush has declared major disasters in three states hit by Hurricane Ivan -- and is ready to do the same for a fourth.
White House officials say the declarations cover Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana -- and will soon cover Florida.
Residents in those states will be eligible for grants and low- cost loans to re-build.
Manuel Gallegus is in Panama City Beach, Florida this afternoon and joins us now with an update on the hurricane's damage so far.
