The former director of the National D-Day Memorial in Bedford faces ten fraud charges for allegedly misleading banks and donors into loaning money to help build the memorial.
Prosecutors say Burrow's actions helped sink the Memorial into five million dollars worth of debt it is still trying to pay off.
Burrow's first trial ended in a hung jury in December of 2002.
His attorneys say Burrow was assured that all his fundraising techniques were legal and that he acted with good intent.

A plane headed from London to Washington... was diverted today to Maine- after a male passenger was matched to a federal watchlist.

Stevens has gone by the Muslim name.. Yusuf Islam since the late 70's.

A Homeland Security spokesman says Islam will be put on the first available flight out of the country tomorrow.

It was a game of cat and mouse today on the high seas. The Russian coastguard opened fire on a poacher trawler from Taiwan following an 18 hour pursuit.

The incident occurred when a schooner failed to respond to calls from Russian border guards to let an inspection team on board. Instead the Russians say the schooner increased its speed and headed for international waters. The Russian air force opened fire in the vicinity of the ship. When that failed to stop the schooner, orders were given to attack the boat's machinery. When the vessel was finally stopped authorities found 200 tons of illegally fished seafood- worth about 300-thousand dollars in US currency.
