John Kerry's presidential campaign is sending TWO-THIRDS of its Virginia staff to states the Democrat believes are more WINNABLE for him -- and critical to his chances of being elected. A campaign spokesman says about 20 Kerry staffers from offices around Virginia are leaving immediately, many of them for battleground states such as Wisconsin. A spokesman for the Republican Party of Virginia calls the move a "huge setback'' for the Virginia Democrats. A Mason-Dixon poll this month showed Kerry trailing President Bush by about SIX percentage points in the state.
