Shortly after noon today, a tractor trailer hauling computer paper went out of control and overturned. One lane will be shut down for the cleanup until at least until 8. The Collings Foundation "Wings of Freedom" tour brought a B-17 Flying Fortress and B-24 Liberator to the Lynchburg airport today.
The planes are part of a 22-aircraft fleet the Foundation uses to educate people about World War Two and the men who fought in it.
