Federal investigators will try to make their way to the site where a plane owned by Hendrick Motorsports crashed on its way to the NASCAR race in Martinsville yesterday.

State police say getting to the crash site is difficult because of the steep terrain. One official said four wheel drive vehicles cannot reach the area, and rescue personell will have get there on foot.

Rescue crews and the National Transportation Safety Board will return to some steep woods this morning -- where a plane crash took ten lives yesterday afternoon.
Authorities say the plane was owned by Hendrick Motorsports, one of the biggest names in NASCAR racing.
