Even though Roanoke Gas says the **supply** is adequate.. the prices are still high.
DALE MOORE: RIGHT NOW WE AT ROANOKE GAS ARE PAYING AN ALL TIME HIGH FOR THE GAS WE PURCHASE.
So that means higher costs for you the consumer-
an estimated 15 to 20 percent more this winter for natural gas and *propane.*
If you paid 100 dollars a month last winter.. expect to pay 115 to 120 dollars this season.
Home heating oil prices are expected to jump even more.. by about 30 precent.. a 100 dollar bill would be 130 this winter.
