U-S troops suffering from Gulf war illnesses, may have been exposed to toxic substances.
That's the conclusion of a government advisory board that has spent that past two years looking at the medical records of veterans.
Stress has been ruled out as factor. Recent studies suggest the illnesses are neurological, apparently linked to toxins such as nerve gas.
The committee is recommending the government spend at least 60 million dollars over the next four years studying the vets and their children.

(( "After The Sunset" (New Line Cinema) Review by: Joel Sink If there was a sequel to "The Thomas Crown Affair" this would be it. "After The Sunset" is entertaining and fun, just don't dig too deep or you'll wish the sun would hurry up and set. Pierce Brosnan is suave jewel thief Max Burdett. Salma Hayek is his sexy (did I mention S E X Y) jewel thieving partner Lola. Max has stolen two of three priceless diamonds originally set in Napoleon's sword while FBI Agent Stan Loyd (Woody Harrelson) nips at his heels. Stan takes all the precautions, checks everything twice and yet Max still manages to make a fool of him. Max and Lola have decided that they have enough priceless jewels and maybe it's time to retire on a beautiful tropical island in the Caribbean. Stan shows up unexpectedly to accuse Max of plotting to steal the third Napoleon diamond from an ultra-luxe cruise ship that will be docked at the island in a few days. Max denies even thinking about it, but now that you mention it, maybe it's not such a bad idea. Lola wants Max to find a way to enjoy the simple things in life and not jeopardize their paradise with one last heist. Three guesses as to what Max does. If you liked Pierce Brosnan's film "The Thomas Crown Affair" you are gonna' like "After The Sunset" too. Don't go in expecting too much (or asking too many questions) and you'll walk out with a smile on your face. Pierce Brosnan is an "OK" actor and he does just fine here. Salma Hayek steals the show. I remember a couple of years ago when the characters on "South Park" were making fun of her. Well, she blew me away in "Frida" and she is the absolute best reason to see this movie. She's beautiful in an unconventional way and she's got CHARISMA! How many actresses can we say that about? Speaking of charisma, Naomie Harris as the Police Officer Sophie is the second best reason to see this film. A hilarious conversation takes place between Harris and Hayek where they compliment each other on their guns and shoes. Woody Harrelson is amusing, but comes off goofy when I think they meant him to be endearing. Don Cheadle is probably the best actor here, but has very little screen time. Pretend winter's not approaching and sneak off to the Caribbean for 100 minutes of jewel thieving action. While you're there, have a rum punch for me and tell Salma I said "hi". Rated: PG-13 Joel's take: 6 out of 10 ))
