Prosecutors dropped a DUI charge against 22 year old Christopher Hight yesterday. Hight is still charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter in the deaths of 44 year old Joyce Sirry, and her six year old daughter Betty. Last summer, Sirry and her daughter were walking along Route 460, when they were struck by Hight's car. Prosecutors say a toxicology report doesn't support a DUI charge. Hight goes on trial in January on the manslaughter charges.

But Council members said they were reluctant to change the current mix, before the city takes a closer look at the future of the market area.
