A private jet was forced to make an emergency landing at the Roanoke Regional Airport just before noon.

Fire and rescue crews were called after a Lear-35- jet on its way to Naples, Florida had a mechanical problem and was forced to land. The plane touched down safely and there were no injuries. The jet is owned by a charter company out of Canada called Skyservice. The plane is used for medical transport, however, a spokesperson with Skyservice says there were no patients on board at the time.

She's paid back the money and must also write a letter of apology.
