Pritchett says he wants attorneys who trust him and believe him.
The 40 year old man was sentenced to life in prison for first degree murder in the shooting death of *Estel Singleton Senior* at an Ironto rest stop. He rejected a plea agreement that would have given him 40 years in prison. He says the fact his lawyers insisted he plea bargain proves they don't think he is innocent. The *mildly retarded* Pritchett confessed to police. The Virginia Supreme Court granted him a new trial that was meant to start on Wednesday because experts on mental retardation weren't allowed to testify the first time.

Some bad news for people on sugar-free and low-carb diets.
The makers of *sucralose* -- the key ingredient behind the no-calorie sweetener Splenda, are having trouble keeping up with the growing demand.
The world's only manufacturer of sucralose says the company won't take on new U-S customers for at least another year -- or until it can double production at its Alabama plant. The company has plans to open a second plant in Singapore. The product now dominates the 337 million-dollar U-S retail market for sugar substitutes.
