A tentative settlement has been reportedly reached in a lawsuit filed by state Democrats against Republicans -- over eavesdropping incidents more than two years ago. Sources say the settlement calls for the Democratic plaintiffs to be paid a total of about 750-thousand dollars, but no agreement has been signed yet. The lawsuit has been set for a two-day trial beginning Thursday in federal court in Richmond. The lawsuit centers on whether Republicans listened in on Democrats' phone calls.
