Sources in Richmond say the Democrats have a tentative settlement in their lawsuit against the state Republican Party over illegal "G-O-P" spying on Democratic conference calls two years ago.
Sources tell the Associated Press the settlement calls for the Democratic plaintiffs to be paid a total of about 750-thousand dollars.
But, nothing is signed yet.

A U-S Embassy spokeswoman says five-staff members and three-attackers were among those killed in today's attack by militants at the consulate in Jiddah (jit-ahh).

With security forces on high alert, the warnings allowed officials to cordon off and evacuate the target sites.
Last week, five small explosions rattled Madrid gas stations, injuring two policemen.
A similar warning phone call came before that attack.
