Authorities have apprehended the father of a Danville toddler who went missing for several days last month.
U.S. marshals arrested Lamarcus Jermaine Childress last night in Jacksonville, Florida.

Childress and his wife are charged with abducting their son from his grandmother's house.

She's had custody of 2-year-old A'Mario Stevens for about a year.
A'Mario disappeared for four-days last month, until Childress called one morning to say the child was on his grandmother's front porch.

The Molotov cocktails were discovered in the dumpster of the Budget Inn along route 460 on Sunday.

Police arrested 31-year old Erin Roark and 29-year old Cheyenne Taylor and charged them with felony manufacturing and possession of firebombs or explosives.
Investigators say the pair were not planning to use the explosives on the motel, but were simply throwing them away.

An Ohio man faces multiple charges after a police chase that spanned two states.
Authorities say the chase started early this morning in Stokes County, North Carolina.
They pursued the suspect in a stolen car, across the state line.
Patrick County sheriff's deputies picked up the chase there and continued into Floyd County.
The suspect ran over police stop-sticks which deflated some of tires, but he continued and crashed into a state police cruiser.
The suspect, 18 year old Bryan S. Payne from Chillicothe (Chill-uh-koth-ee) Ohio, is being held in Floyd County.
He faces numerous charges.

The search continues in Franklin County for a former employee of a local plant who walked into the facility last night carrying a gun.
Authorities say late last night, they found the car they believe the man was driving, in the Cascade area of Pitttsylvania County.

Employees scattered and some called 9-1-1 on their cell phones.

Last night, Roanoke County Supervisors agreed to slow down plans to build the facility in the Dixie Caverns area.

Alvin Pearman was named first team at running back. The senior rushed for 1,024 yards and nine TD's. He also averaged 167 all purpose yards a game.
Heath Miller was selected first team all ACC at tight end. Miller hauled in 5 TD passes for 475 yards this season.
Linebacker Ahmad Brooks was named first team all conference as well. He led the Wahoos in tackles with 85 and had 6.5 sacks.
