Last night a pipe burst in the sprinkler system, flooding the building. The clinic will be closed indefinitely. Tonight's medical services, dental clinics and the Giles satellite Clinic in Pearisburg are also canceled. No telephone calls or refill requests can be received or processed right now. If you'd already called in a prescription you can now pick it up at the Health Department in Christiansburg. The Clinic serves more than 3-thousand patients a year and had just moved into the newly renovated building a few months ago.

At least four law enforcement agencies are investigating a plane crash in West Virginia this weekend.

The F-A-A says the twin-engine plane went down Saturday night near the Wheeling-Ohio County Airport. While no people were found at the site, 500-pounds, or about 24-million dollars worth of cocaine were. The West Virginia State Police and the National Transportation Safety Board are also investigating.

The author of the Harry Potter series says one of the characters won't survive the next book.

J-K Rowling (RAHL'-ing) says she's completed her sixth book about the boy wizard. It's called ``Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince'' and it will be released July 16th. It is already in the top ten on Amazon-dot-com. Rowling says that one of her characters will not survive but that Potter himself is safe, at least for now. Rowling has said her teenage hero will survive until the seventh and final book in the series, but she has refused to say whether he will reach adulthood.
