Mason was from King George County, near Fredericksburg.

The trial of 21 year old Roy Omar Hodge is just three weeks away.
Today the judge ordered the prosecution to give the defense more details on its case.

Hodge is charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of 25 year old Brian Keith Gray.
Gray was shot and killed in his Radford apartment last May, in what police are calling a home-invasion drug robbery.
Police believe Hodge did not pull the trigger, but was an accomplice in the killing.

The 8 and 3 Virginia will try and tackle 8 and 3 Fresno State in the Micron PC Bowl December 27th in Boise , Idaho. UVa is the highest ranked team to ever play in this bowl at 18th in the country.

But The Bulldogs are no slouch. They are making their sixth straight bowl appearance and have won two straight post season games. Fresno State averages 40 points a game while holding opposing teams to 19 points a contest and the Bulldogs have Al Groh's respect.
