Jackson was shot around 12:30 yesterday morning while sitting in a vehicle across from the James Crossing Apartment Complex.
Martin is being held without bond at the Blue Ridge Regional Jail.

He's charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of 25 year old Brian Keith Gray. Gray was shot and killed in his Radford apartment last May, in what police are calling a home-invasion drug robbery.
Police believe Hodge did not pull the trigger, but was an accomplice in the killing.

The Motor Mile Speedway in Radford expanded beyond belief last season after being purchased by the folks at Shelors. Now the track is expanding its racing calendar to include a visit by the Busch North Series. The governor today announced a public education campaign encouraging Virginians to plan for the impacts of aging. Warner, who recently celebrated his 50th birthday, will be sending letters and appearing in television ads encouraging Virginians to apply for a long- term tool kit.
