He's charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of 25 year old Brian Keith Gray.
Gray was shot and killed in his Radford apartment last May, in what police are calling a home-invasion drug robbery.
Police believe Hodge did not pull the trigger, but was an accomplice in the killing.

Investigators believe an arsonist is responsible for two fires on Wingfield Street, the first on November 17 and the second Sunday night.
