These pictures of her were obviously taken before doctors performed an emergency c-section today -- after the child's smaller twin died in the womb.
The surviving girl weighs about three pounds, and is in *intensive care.*
The mother is said to be doing well. Doctors say she became preganant through artificial insemination.
