The search for two year old James Chambers and his 11 month old sister Brianna ended yesterday in Grayson County near White Top. Police believe the pair was kidnapped by their parents at gunpoint from their foster home last weekend.

Although Oprah was NOT actually there to make the announcement, Scott did get a special visit from her mom, who was flown-in from New York.

Drivers caught speeding in the corridor face higher fines.
But a recent phone survey reveals only half of the people in western Virginia know about the safety zone.
