Domino is a black lab who bit a neighbor during a thunderstorm last year - and has been labeled a "dangerous dog."
Because of that, Domino's owner is required to get 100-thousand dollars worth of insurance to keep him- but that hasn't been easy.
Yesterday the Botetourt County board of supervisors tightened its dog ordiance in an effort to keep the public safe.
