We checked with several area schools
and found the numbers vary.

While most agree the change won't
prompt many students to drop out, it
will force families to dig deeper to
pay for college.

Saturday Authorities are still looking for a man
they say jumped into the Smith River.

It happened Friday night, when a state
trooper tried to pull over an 80s model
blue Camaro on the Fairy Stone Park
Highway in Henry County.

Police say the driver jumped out and

was chasing HIM, the PASSENGER drove
off.

Investigators are now trying to
identify the license plates through
video taken from the trooper's vehicle.
