released today.

month's tsunami ravaged a popular beach
resort in Thailand.

The footage was shot by a British
bar owner who lost his business.

The video shows the wall of water
hitting the beach and then rushing
through a street of bars and
restaurants.

Just over five weeks after the
tsumami hit, the overall death toll
stands between 156- thousand and 178-
thousand across 11 countries.

A viewer from Lynchburg (Sharron
Gunter) was happy with our coverage of
VMI's appearance in President Bush's
inauguration.

Presidential Inaugural. As the mother
of a "rat" I greatly appreciated your

A recent story on the problems cracking
down on speeders on I-81 brought this
comment from a viewer in Riner (Ron
Hollins): "In a news report recently,
you said that the I-81 safety corridor
was not working because people did not
know about it. The warning signs are
not small "No Parking" signs. They are
very large signs. Also, where are the
police who are supposed to be
patrolling this area? It didn't take
but one ticket for me to slow down."

in a foul filled affair last night.

for Tech.

The sophomore tossed in 15 points to
lead the Hokies, including two on the
pull- up jumper.

But Shelden Williams was great in

Seth Greenberg showed plenty of
frustration getting wound up once in
the first half, and then again in the
second.

He was ejected late in the game.

His team trailed by 25 at

halftime, and JJ Redick heated things
up in the final 20 minutes.

Redick had 29, but the Hokies
didn't quit.
