There are approximately 30-thousand
taxable parcels of land in the Hill

They've discovered more than a
thousand properties in the central
business district downtown and in
several older inner-city neighborhoods
have not been accurately reassessed for
years.
Many of them were being taxed at
far below their fair market value.

money Doctor Kenneth Gray owes 87 year
old Ivory Andrews and her family for
the botched surgery.
According to testimony, Doctor
Gray admitted to Andrews and her family
in December, 2003 that he had operated

repeated the operation on the other
side.
The case is expected to go to the
jury later this evening.

Street yesterday afternoon.
According to a search warrant
affidavit, an informant tipped police
off to the lab AND told police a man
had been making and selling ecstasy
