propane crashed into someone's front
yard.

around noon.

propane to leak, but it could have
been a lot worse.

33-year-old Jay Galliimore is
charged with first degree murder in the
March death of 49-year-old Stanley
Crawford.

According to police reports,
Gallimore and Crawford got into a fight
at a party and nearly five-hours later
Crawford died at Roanoke Memorial
Hospital.

Gallimore's lawyer argued his
client acted in self-defense- after
being attacked.

The medical examiner testified
Crawford had a blood alcohol level of
nearly two and half times the legal
driving limit -and essentially bled to
death.

The prosecution just rested its

case.

The trial resumes tomorrow when
the defense will call its first
witness.

moving part of its business to
southside.

A union representative for
Yorktowne Cabinets says the company
plans to build a factory in Danville to
replace its current plant.

The union representatvie says
Yorktowne apparently finds it's cheaper
to build a new plant in Virginia than
to pay for new pollution control
equipment at Mifflinburg.

He says the Danville plant should be
complete by November. More than three
hundred people are losing their jobs at
the Pennsylvania facility.

Yorktowne officials declined to
comment.
