Rashadd Jones was arrested last night

in Richmond.

20-year old Desiree Jennings was
killed in the shooting.

Witnesses say they heard five or

held without bond.

Senator Charles Hawkins presented
the Senate's transportation plan which
he says focuses on the Commonwealth's

Partnership Fund.

Teachers would see a three-
percent raise under the Senate plan
which also allots money to replenish
the literary fund.


In a statement, Governor Mark
Warner commended the two plans, but
says he looks forward to working with
