A Virginia lawmaker is appealing
to a higher power - the General
Assembly - for a constitutional
amendment regarding religion in
schools.

Plus, a Vinton police officer
arrested his appetite and, with help
from surgery, is now a new man.

And it'll be weeks before the
envelopes are unsealed,but Oscar
