night is behind bars.

Roanoke authorities are not
releasing much information other than
to say Raphael Rashadd Jones was

arrested Saturday night in Richmond.

night shooting near the Annwill Grocery
on 16th Street.

20-year old Desiree Jennings was
killed in the shooting.

Witnesses say they heard five or
six shots before Jennings walked into

Saturday night in Richmond. He is
being held without bond.

was found on train tracks.

Authorities found the partial
remains of the *unidentified* man
around one A-M yesterday --at a trestle
near Riverside Park.

percent raise under the Senate plan

In a statement, Governor Mark
