in good condition and is doing ok.

this morning.

That's when police say 32 year old
Tommy Joseph Chapman took this 12 week
child.

The baby's mother and Chapman lived
together in this apartment on Yorkshire
Street in Salem.

Kelly Gilligan admits she's unsure
if Chapman is the father, although he
and the baby share the same name.

She claims Chapman took the child
after she recently broke up with him.

Tonight the school board voted to
enter into negotiations with Tiffany
Anderson.

Anderson is currently an

the national television scene tonight.

Durrell Coleman's band provided
the background for a proposal on
tonight's Doctor Phil special.

Coleman was one of the first
champions on Star Search, when the
program debuted in the early 80s.

He recorded an album and toured
before establishing his own 12- piece
band in Los Angeles.

approved it.

grapefruit-sized tumor could not be
removed.

Frank shrunk with chemotherapy but

still needed to be removed for a biopsy
to see if it was cancerous.

for the procedure.

After the results of a post-surgery
M-R-I, David's doctor called the family
with the good news.
